I have worked in a variety of creative fields- music industry, graphic design, and event design specializing in luxury and Indian weddings. My experiences have required me to learn to a diverse range of aesthetics, as well as efficiently manage budgets. I am down-to-earth, love humor, and am committed to creating show stopping spaces that generate revenue!

I am the sole point of contact for all of my clients, and do not outsource any design work. One of my super powers in bargain shopping- I am constantly on the lookout for open box deals and quality pieces from discount stores that will allow me to stretch my clients' budgets as far as possible. Quality is important, but so is ROI. I have construction knowledge and am fluent-ish in Spanish.

PROPERTY ANALYSIS
The first step is to identify your guest demographic and determine how best to suit their wants and needs. Potential maintenance needs will also be discussed in this phase.

SPACE PLANNING
We will determine the ideal capacity of your property and discuss potential uses of common spaces.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The fun begins! I will create a comprehensive design plan including layout, furnishings, and finishes (when applicable). When the plan is complete you will have the opportunity to review it and give feedback.

ORDERING, RECEIVING, and INSPECTION of FURNISHINGS
I will place orders for all furnishings and have them shipped to the property, a receiving warehouse, or my studio. I will also handle inspection of all merchandise and make returns and exchanges as needed.

SUB CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
I will manage all sub contractors, including but not limited to painters, muralists, wallpaper installers, electricians, and carpenters.

INSTALL
In this step we make the design plan come to life. Furniture will be assembled and moved into place, light fixtures will be installed, art and window treatments will be hung, accessories will be styles, and beds will be made.

PHOTO SHOOT STYLING AND DIRECTION
Now it's time to get your property listed and start reaping the rewards of your investment. I will be on site to make sure that no detail is left undone for photos.
